To provide a tire displacement amount acquisition method and a tire displacement amount acquisition device capable of acquiring an accurate displacement amount of a predetermined part of a tire in a dynamic state.SOLUTION: A reference marker 50 is disposed on a wheel 21 so as to be asymmetric with respect to the rotation axis of the wheel 21; a side wall portion 22 and the wheel 21 of the tire 20 in a reference state are photographed by a camera to acquire a reference image; the side wall portion 22 and the wheel 21 of the tire 20 in a dynamic state in which the tire 20 is in contact with the ground and rotated are captured by a camera to obtain dynamic images; at least one of the reference image and the dynamic image is image-processed so that the reference marker 50 included in the reference image and the reference marker 50 included in the dynamic image coincide with each other in the same coordinate system; and the distance between an image of a predetermined position of the sidewall portion 22 included in the reference image and an image of the predetermined position of the sidewall portion 22 included in the dynamic image is acquired as the displacement amount of the predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
