To provide a method for simulating a tire optimized for a snow-covered road surface.SOLUTION: The simulation method includes the steps of: bringing a tire model M1 obtained by expressing a tire with a plurality of elements into contact with a road surface model ro in a resting state to calculate the maximum grounded length L of a tire model M1' after deformation due to a load (S100); setting an Euler element model M3 in an area of length 2L including an area Ar1 of length 0.5L frontward from the ground end of the tire and an area Ar2 of length 0.5L backward from the ground end of the tire (S101); and calculating deformation computation of the tire model M1' and computation of snow behavior in the Euler element model M3 by a dynamic explicit method in a dynamic state of rotating the tire model M1' after deformation on the road surface model ro and moving the Euler element model M3 according to movement of the rotating tire model M1' under the analysis condition including a slip ratio and prescribed rotation speed (S102).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】積雪路面に適正化したタイヤのシミュレーション方法を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤを複数の要素で表現したタイヤモデルM1を路面モデルroに静止状態で接触させ、荷重における変形後のタイヤモデルM1’の最大接地長Lを算出するステップ(S100)と、タイヤの接地端から前方に向けて長さ0.5Lの領域Ar1及びタイヤの接地端から後方に向けて長さ0.5Lの領域Ar2を含む少なくとも長さ2Lの領域にオイラー要素モデルM3を設定するステップ(S101)と、スリップ率及び所定回転速度を含む解析条件のもとで、変形後のタイヤモデルM1’を路面モデルro上で転動させ、且つ転動するタイヤモデルM1’の移動に応じてオイラー要素モデルM3を移動させる動的状態において、タイヤモデルM1’の変形計算とオイラー要素モデルM3内の雪の挙動の計算を、動的陽解法により算出するステップ(S102)と、を含む。【選択図】図3
