To effectively inhibit deterioration of cooling performance in a cooling device of a battery module.SOLUTION: A cooling device of a battery module includes: a housing space in which a battery module is housed; a first communication part and a second communication part which allow communication between the interior and the exterior of the housing space; and a fan which suctions air existing at the exterior of the housing space into the interior of the housing space through the first communication part and discharges the air to the exterior of the housing space through the second communication part. A filter which removes foreign objects contained in air passing through the first communication part is provided at the first communication part.
