To provide a train control system capable of having a ground device detect an on-rail position of a train even when radio communication between an on-board radio device and a ground side cannot be performed by failure of an on-board control device or the on-board radio device.SOLUTION: An on-board device 50 in a train control system of this invention transmits on-rail position information of a train 100 generated by an on-board control device 2a from an on-board radio device 5a and transmits ground element information of a ground element 3 detected by an information detector 4 from a sub on-board radio device 6. A ground control device 7 in a ground device 60 detects an on-rail position of a train 100 by using the on-rail position information when the on-rail position information is received from the on-board radio device 5a by a ground side receiving unit 9 and detects an on-rail position of the train 100 by using the ground element information received by the ground side receiving unit 9 when the on-rail position information cannot be received from the on-board radio device 5a by the ground side receiving unit 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車上制御装置または車上無線装置が故障して、車上無線装置と地上側との無線通信を行うことができなくなった場合でも、地上装置が列車の在線位置を検知することを可能にする列車制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の列車制御システムでは、車上装置50は、車上制御装置2aが生成した列車100の在線位置情報を車上無線装置5aから送信し、情報検知部4が検知した地上子3の地上子情報をサブ車上無線装置6から送信する。地上装置60では、地上制御装置7は、地上側受信部9が車上無線装置5aから在線位置情報を受信した場合は、在線位置情報を用いて列車100の在線位置を検知し、地上側受信部9が車上無線装置5aから在線位置情報を受信できなかった場合は、地上側受信部9が受信した地上子情報を用いて列車100の在線位置を検知する。【選択図】図1
