To provide a vehicle side part structure that can inhibit electrical corrosion of a rocker and a side member outer.SOLUTION: An attachment hole 22H is formed below a connection portion 35 in which a rocker outer panel 22 forming the vehicle outer side of a rocker 20 constituting a closed cross-section 38 and a side member outer 30 are connected. An insertion protrusion 56A is inserted into the attachment hole 22H and thereby a rocker molding 50 is attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
