To provide a ship performance analysis system capable of calculating a fuel consumption increasing rate from an initial stage of a main machine.SOLUTION: A ship performance analysis system includes a shaft output detector for detecting a propeller shaft output of a ship, a fuel consumption detector for detecting a fuel consumption of at least one propeller main machine, and an arithmetic unit for converting a fuel consumption detected by the fuel consumption detector into a corrected fuel consumption comparable with a standard fuel curve for determining a relation between an initial-stage propeller shaft output and the fuel consumption, and calculating a fuel consumption increasing rate from a fuel consumption on the standard fuel curve and the corrected fuel consumption, in the propeller shaft output detected by the shaft output detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
