To reliably prevent deviation of trolley wire hooked to a pulley and smoothly proceed extension work without interference of neighboring overhead wire.SOLUTION: A frame body 3 is supported to support fittings 20 for supporting a pull-off arm through a turnbuckle 22 and a wire rope 24. A pulley body 2 for sending off trolley wire T is pivoted while being drawn to the outside of a curved section by hooking the trolley wire T to this frame body 3. The frame body 3 surrounds the pulley body 2 in an extension orthogonal plane, and makes a portion be opened and closed with a gate member 4. The gate member 4 is provided with: a slide guide 10 rotatably pivoted in the extension perpendicular direction to the frame body 3; a stopper 11 protruded to the inside of the frame body 3 from this and coming close to the pulley body 2; and a guide for making a lock pin 12 be supported in a reciprocating manner to the slide guide 10 while being pushed by a spring 13 to the frame body 3, and inhibiting reciprocation in an engaged position with the frame body 3 when being rotated around the shaft by a predetermined angle.     【課題】 滑車に掛けたトロリ線の逸脱を確実に防止し、周辺の架線等に干渉せず、延線作業を円滑に進める。【解決手段】 曲線引き金具を支持する支持金具20に、ターンバックル22及びワイヤロープ24を介して枠体3を支持し、この枠体3にトロリ線Tを掛けて曲り区間の外側へ引き込みつつトロリ線Tを送り出す滑車本体2を軸支する。枠体3は滑車本体2を延線直交面内で取り囲み、一部をゲート部材4で開閉させる。ゲート部材4は、枠体3に延線直交方向に回転可能に枢支したスライドガイド10と、これから枠体3の内側へ張出して滑車本体2に接近するストッパ11と、スライドガイド10に枠体3に対してばね13により押されつつ進退動可能にロックピン12を支持させ、枠体3との係合位置で軸周りに所定角度回転させると進退動を阻止するガイドを設ける。操作摘み14は、ロックピン12の回転により延線方向に倒伏する。【選択図】 図2
