To provide an automatic charging system of an autonomous mobile vehicle which can prevent an occurrence of overcharging and a charging shortage at a low cost even when charging of a secondary battery is quickly performed within a limited time.SOLUTION: An automatic charging system 100 has an unmanned carrier 120 moving in a predetermined route, and a quick charger 110 installed in a predetermined route and charing a secondary battery 121 mounted on the unmanned carrier 120. The quick charger 110 has a measurement portion 112 measuring a battery voltage of the secondary battery 121. The quick charger 110 does not charge the secondary battery 121 when the battery voltage is equal to or more than an upper-limit threshold voltage, and charges the secondary battery 121 by supplying a constant current to the secondary battery 121 according to the battery voltage for a predetermined time when the battery voltage is less than the upper-limit threshold voltage, so that a capacity (charge amount) supplied to the secondary battery 121 by the quick charger 110 at single charging is a value obtained by dividing the capacity of the secondary battery 121 by a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
