To provide an attachment structure of an on-vehicle electric device which enables a vehicle cabin internal space to be used maximally while improving safety of occupants in a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of an on-vehicle electric device includes: a case 2 which can house an on-vehicle electric device; an introduction mechanism 7 (an opening 7a, an introduction part 7b) which can introduce a harness 10 into the case; an attachment mechanism 8 (a fastening member 8a, a fastening part 8b, a through hole 8c) which can attach the case to a floor panel 5; and a seal mechanism 9 which can seal the case and a vehicle cabin inner surface 5a. The seal mechanism includes an elastic member 9a which is disposed between the vehicle cabin inner surface of the floor panel and an attachment surface 2s of the case, contacts with the attachment surface of the case and the vehicle cabin inner surface of the floor panel without forming gaps, and continues in an endless form.
