To solve the problems in which: in a case of controlling a railroad crossing only based on position of a train, the time period when the train arrives at the railroad crossing is longer than assumed time if the train is slower than it is assumed so that alarm time of the railroad crossing becomes longer; in a case of calculating the time period when the train arrives at the railroad crossing in consideration with train speed and performance, calculation load is too high; and in order to properly control the alarm time of the railroad crossing, an on-board control apparatus is required to construct which can secure a required alarm time of the railroad crossing by a method having low calculation load.SOLUTION: A lapse time T1 from alarming start of a railroad crossing is monitored, and remaining alarm time T4 is calculated by subtracting the lapse time T1 from necessary alarming time T3. Also average speed V is calculated by dividing remaining distance L from current position of the train to the railroad crossing by T4. When current speed of the train is higher than V, speed of the train is decelerated so as to prevent the train from arriving at the railroad crossing within the necessary alarming time T3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】列車の位置のみで踏切の制御を行う場合、想定よりも列車が遅いとき列車が踏切に到達する時間が想定以上となり踏切の警報時間が長くなるという問題がある。また、列車の速度や性能を考慮して列車が踏切に到達するまでの時間を算出する場合、計算負荷が高くなるという問題がある。そこで、踏切の警報時間を適切に制御するために、計算負荷が低い方式を用いて必要な踏切の警報時間を確保することが可能な車上制御装置を構築する必要がある。【解決手段】踏切の警報開始からの経過時間T1を監視し、必要な警報時間T3から経過時間T1を引いた残りの警報時間T4を算出する。さらに、列車の現在位置から踏切までの残距離LをT4で割った平均速度Vを算出する。列車の現在速度がVより高い場合には列車を減速することで、必要な警報時間T3が経過するまでに列車が踏切に到達することを防止する。【選択図】 図1
