To provide a snap ring which can simplify a structure, and reduce a manufacturing cost, a fixing structure and a steering device.SOLUTION: A fixing structure comprises a snap ring 18 having a suspension part 18b for connecting both end parts 18a2, 18a2 of a main body part 18, and a cylindrical pinion shaft accommodation part 22b having an annular lock groove 22c in which the main body part 18a is engaged with an internal peripheral part 22b1, and attached with the snap ring 18. A ball bearing 17 accommodated in the pinion shaft accommodation part 22b is fixed to the pinion shaft accommodation part 22b by the main body part 18a, the annular lock groove 22c is formed at the internal peripheral part 22b1 in response to a fixed position of the ball bearing 17 with respect to the pinion shaft accommodation part 22b, and the snap ring 18 is attached to the pin shaft accommodation part 22b in a state that the main body part 18a and the ball bearing 17 abut on each other, and in a state that the suspension part 18b presses both the end parts 18a2, 18a2 in a direction in which they separate from each other in a peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
