To provide a rear wheel steering device capable of achieving smooth motor driving and excellent quietness.SOLUTION: A rear wheel steering device S includes: a first connection part J1 and a second connection part J2 mounted over a member on wheel side and a member on vehicle body side and installed on both ends thereof, of a suspension mechanism supporting rear wheels of a vehicle; a cylindrical housing 1 extending from the first connection part J1; a rod 2 extending from the second connection part J2 and reciprocatable on the same axial center as an axial center X of the housing 1 inside the housing 1; a motor M installed inside the housing 1 to drive the rod 2; a deceleration part 5 which decelerates a rotational speed of an output shaft 41 of the motor M and simultaneously transforms the rotation into reciprocation of the rod 2; a cover 6 which is disposed inside the housing 1, partitions between the motor M and the deceleration part 5 and has bearings supporting the output shaft 41; and a vibration control member 8 for suppressing mutual vibration transmission between the cover 6 and the housing 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
