To enable, even for an activity in which a user will be involved first time, air-conditioning control for the activity.SOLUTION: From a communication terminal in which an activity schedule of a user is recorded, the activity schedule can be acquired. When a user rides in a vehicle, an activity of the user is estimated on the basis of the acquired activity schedule. Then, on the basis of the result of estimating the activity of the user, an air-conditioner is controlled. This way, since the air-conditioner can be controlled according to an activity in which the user is going to be involved, air-conditioning control suitable for an activity of the user allows more activities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】ユーザーが初めてとる行動に対しても、その行動に適した空調制御を実現可能とする。【解決手段】ユーザーの行動予定が記録された通信端末から、その行動予定を取得することができるようになっており、ユーザーが乗車した際に、取得した行動予定に基づいて、ユーザーの行動を推定する。そして、ユーザーの行動の推定結果に基づいて空調装置を制御する。こうすれば、ユーザーがこれから取ろうとする行動に応じて空調装置を制御することができるので、より多くの行動に対して、ユーザーの行動に適した空調制御を実行することが可能となる。【選択図】図10
