PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate an adhesion state with a wire material and a rubber complex in a rubber wire complex.SOLUTION: Upon evaluating an adhesion state between a wire material 22 and a rubber composition 26 in a rubber wire complex 20 covering the plated wire material 22 by the rubber composition 26, an adhesion state evaluation method of the rubber wire complex includes: a detection step of detecting a compositional distribution of the surface of the rubber wire complex 20 using a scanning electron microscope; an etching step of etching a surface of the rubber wire complex 20 by a focus ion beam for a predetermined thickness; a compositional distribution acquisition step of acquiring a three-dimensional compositional distribution of the rubber wire complex 20; and an evaluation step of extracting the compositional distribution in an adhesive interface between the wire material 22 and the rubber composition 26 from the acquired three-dimensional compositional distribution and evaluating an adhesive state between the wire material 22 and the rubber composition 26 on the basis of the compositional distribution in the adhesive interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ゴムワイヤ複合体におけるワイヤ材とゴム組成物との接着状態を精度よく評価すること。【解決手段】めっきされたワイヤ材22をゴム組成物26で被覆したゴムワイヤ複合体20におけるワイヤ材22とゴム組成物26との接着状態を評価するにあたって、走査型電子顕微鏡を用い、ゴムワイヤ複合体20表面の組成分布を検出する検出工程と、集束イオンビームによりゴムワイヤ複合体20表面を所定厚さエッチングするエッチング工程と、をくり返し、ゴムワイヤ複合体20の3次元組成分布を取得する組成分布取得工程と、得られた3次元組成分布から、ワイヤ材22とゴム組成物26との接着界面における組成分布を抽出し、当該接着界面における組成分布に基づいてワイヤ材22とゴム組成物26との接着状態を評価する評価工程とを実施する。【選択図】図7
