PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of service life of a load sensor.SOLUTION: An electric parking brake mechanism includes: a housing 2; a rotation-linear motion converting mechanism 3 for actuating a parking brake by a linear motion member 13 being drawn in a rotary member 12, when the rotary member 12 rotates in a first rotation direction; a load sensor 4 including a movable part 21 connected to the rotary member 12 and capable of moving in a rotation axis direction, a fixing part 22 fixed to the housing 2, an elastic member 23 disposed between the movable part 21 and the fixing part 22 and elastically supporting the movable part 21 in the rotation axis direction with respect to the fixing part 22, and a detection part 24 for detecting a load acting on the linear motion member 13 based on the movement amount of the movable part 21 with respect to the fixing part 22; and a regulation part 5 fixed to the housing 2, and regulating the movement of the rotary member 12 in the rotation axis direction by coming into contact with the rotary member 12 when the rotary member 12 rotates in the first rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
