PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid tire which realizes satisfactory riding comfort, a high heat dissipation property and excellent work stability, and further restricts occurrence of cracks.SOLUTION: A tread 4 of a solid tire 2 comprises: a main body 10; and multiple lugs 12 that protrude outward in a radial direction from the main body 10, that extend from an end of a tread surface 8 in a substantially axial direction, and that are aligned in a circumferential direction. The tire 2 has a pair of side faces 14, and at least one of the side faces 14 comprises an annular dent 16 extending in the circumferential direction. Inside the dent 16, multiple protrusions 18 are comprised that protrude outward and that are aligned in the circumferential direction. Preferably, a number M of the multiple protrusions 18 comprised in the dent 16 is less than a number N of the lugs 12, and equal to 1/4 of the number N or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
