PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently lubricating a gear structure without securing a dedicated oil supply passage and without changing arrangement on an internal combustion and a motor generator.SOLUTION: A gear lubrication mechanism 1 is configured to lubricate a gear structure 12, the gear structure connecting an internal combustion engine (engine 3) and a motor generator 11 in a mutually transmittable manner. The gear structure is stored in a gear chamber 17a. The internal combustion engine has a main gallery 10 where lubricant supplied to each lubrication portion circulates. At a gear chamber side end part of the main gallery, an oil supply part (oil supply unit 18) is provided. The oil supply part is configured to supply part of lubricant circulating in the main gallery, to the inside of the gear chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
