To provide a cargo work allocation system that allows a manned vehicle to perform cargo work scheduled to be performed by an unmanned vehicle in stead of the unmanned vehicle and can reduce opportunities for the manned vehicle and the unmanned vehicle to travel on the same area.SOLUTION: A cargo work allocation system S comprises: a work information memorizing part 21 that memorizes information relating to a plurality of cargo work; an operation mode detecting part 17 that detects an operation mode of a fork lift 1; a work selecting part 23 that selects manned work to be allocated to the manned vehicle and unmanned work to be allocated to the unmanned vehicle from the plurality of cargo work; and a transmitting/receiving part 24 that transmits information relating to the manned work and the unmanned work. The work selecting part 23 selects the manned work and the unmanned work so that a manned vehicle travelling area and an unmanned vehicle travelling area do not overlap each other. The transmitting/receiving part 24 transmits the information relating to the manned work to the fork lift 1 detected to have operated in a manned operation mode and transmits the information relating to the unmanned work to the fork lift 1 detected to have operated in an unmanned operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
