PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce danger that a user collides with a person in the circumference without depending on a circumferential congestion state.SOLUTION: A collision prevention device includes: condition determination means for determining presence/absence of establishment of a first condition indicating that a walking use of a smartphone is detected in an object terminal and also that a distance between the object terminal and a circumferential terminal becomes equal to or less than a first distance being the distance requiring collision prevention control with respect to the object terminal; and collision avoidance control means for determining presence/absence of a possibility that the object terminal collides with/approaches the circumferential terminal at a predetermined time point on the basis of first information including information related to a movement of the object terminal and second information including information related to a movement of the circumferential terminal when the first condition is established, calculating avoidance information including an avoidance speed being a mobile speed of the object terminal and an avoidance direction being a moving direction of the object terminal, both of which increase a possibility that a collision or an approach between the object terminal and the circumferential terminal at the time point is avoided, on the basis of the first information and the second information when there is a possibility of a collision or an approach, and then transmitting calculated avoidance information to the object terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
