PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent indirect interference via radio transmission by a mobile communication device 3Y.SOLUTION: A radio transmission dedicated time slot T1 from a road side communication device 3Y is allocated in a time division manner. A radio communication system allows a mobile communication device 3 to perform radio transmission only during a time zone other than the time slot T1. The mobile communication device 3Y receives a plurality of slot information SLx to SLz about the time slot T1 of a plurality of roadside communication devices 2X to 2Z whose transmission timing is overlapped, and on the basis of the plurality of received slot information SLx to SLz, sets, as own allowed transmission time, a time zone allowed by all of a plurality of roadside communication devices 2X and 2Y whose transmission timing is overlapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
