PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a motor having an electric lock function with high convenience while maintaining an antitheft effect, an electric lock mechanism, and an electric vehicle with the electric lock mechanism.SOLUTION: A controller 10 of a motor 51 in a power-assisted bicycle 2 assists in advancing or travelling of the power-assisted bicycle 2. The controller 10 includes: a receiving unit 13 capable of receiving communication signals which can be transmitted and received by human-body communication from a plurality of signal receiving units; and a control unit 11 for detecting reception of a communication signal and generating and outputting a drive signal of the motor. The control unit 11 controls rotation of the motor according to detection of the reception of the communication signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
