PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven power steering device in which sounds, vibration and ripple are suppressed, by improving distortion of current waveform and responsiveness of current control.SOLUTION: In an electrically-driven power steering device of vector control system for calculating a Duty command value based on a three-phase voltage command value, performing drive control of a three-phase brushless motor by an inverter of PWM control, and giving an assist torque to the steering mechanism of vehicle, a three-phase voltage command value after spatial vector modulation is obtained by performing vector space modulation for converting a dq-axis current command value into three-phase and superposing a third harmonic, the compensation mark of a three-phase current model command value, obtained by converting the dq-axis current command value into three-phase current command value model, is estimated by hysteresis characteristics, a dead time compensation amount is calculated based on the inverter application voltage and the dead time compensation value, obtained by multiplying the dead time compensation amount by the compensation mark, is added to the three-phase voltage command value after spatial vector modulation thus performing dead time compensation of the inverter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18

    【課題】電流波形の歪み改善と電流制御の応答性の向上を図り、音や振動、リップルを抑制した電動パワーステアリング装置を提供する。【解決手段】3相電圧指令値に基づいてDuty指令値を演算し、PWM制御のインバータにより3相ブラシレスモータを駆動制御し、車両の操舵機構にアシストトルクを付与するベクトル制御方式の電動パワーステアリング装置において、dq軸電流指令値を3相に変換して3次高調波を重畳するベクトル空間変調を行って空間ベクトル変調後3相電圧指令値を求め、dq軸電流指令値を3相電流指令値モデルに変換した3相電流モデル指令値の補償符号を、ヒステリシス特性で推定すると共に、インバータ印加電圧に基づいてデッドタイム補償量を演算し、デッドタイム補償量に補償符号を乗じたデッドタイム補償値を空間ベクトル変調後3相電圧指令値に加算してインバータのデッドタイム補償を行う。【選択図】図18
