PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide an approaching vehicle 109 which incorrectly entered a connecting road 102 connecting the general road and the toll road to an exit road 103.SOLUTION: A second measuring instrument 112 is provided in a second area 105 in a three way path 101 and measures a second distance with the approaching vehicle 109. A third measuring instrument 113 is provided opposite to the second measuring instrument 112 across the connecting road 102 and measures a third distance with the approaching vehicle 109. Based on the second distance and the third distance, a control device determines whether or not the approaching vehicle 109 is heading toward the main line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
