PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to grasp a position of a device without preparing an IC tag and to change the position easily.SOLUTION: A layout information providing system in this invention comprises an information device, a plurality of relay devices, and a server. The information device comprises: a first wireless communication unit that performs wireless communication with the relay devices; and a local device identification information output unit that transmits local device identification information of the information device to the relay devices at the time of wireless communication. The relay device comprises: a second wireless communication unit that performs wireless communication with the information device; and a measurement information output unit that measures a radio wave intensity in wireless communication and transmits the local device identification information of the information device received from the information device at the time of wireless communication, local device identification information of the relay device and measurement information showing a result of measurement to the server. The server comprises: a position determination unit that specifies a position of the information device in a layout diagram on the basis of the measurement information received from each of the relay devices, the local device identification information of the information device, the local device identification information of the relay device, and the layout diagram including positions where the relay devices are installed in advance; and a display data generation unit that generates display layout data in which the information device whose position is specified and the layout diagram are overlapped and displays the data on a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
