PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a crew who operates a train without using a ground unit.SOLUTION: A receiver 120 acquires a travel point coordinate value indicating a travel point of a train 101 by means of satellite positioning. A crew support device 110 determines whether the train 101 reaches a deceleration start point based on the travel coordinate value. A brake control device 130 starts deceleration of the train 101 when it is determined that the train 101 reaches the deceleration start point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
