PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch control device, the device preventing fall of a suspended load right after a winding operation is input even without separately arranging a dedicated device for preventing falling of the suspended load.SOLUTION: A first compensation torque value calculation unit 21 calculates a first compensation torque value for producing, in an electric motor, a reverse prevention torque being a torque in a winding direction which corresponds to a difference in speed ωd based on the difference in speed ωd between a rotational speed ω and a target speed ωref, when a winding operation is input. A second compensation value calculation unit 22 calculates a second compensation torque value for producing, in an electric motor 8, a load support torque being a torque in a winding direction which corresponds to a load value FL based on the load value FL detected at a load meter 14, when the winding operation is input. A command calculation unit 23 calculates a first command for setting a deviation between the rotational speed ω and the target speed ωref to zero, adds the first and second compensation torque values to the first command, and calculates a second command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】吊荷の落下を防止するための専用の装置を別途設けなくても、巻上操作の入力直後の吊荷の落下を防止する。【解決手段】第1補償トルク値算出部21は、巻上操作が入力された場合、回転速度ωと目標速度ωrefとの差分速度ωdに基づいて、差分速度ωdに相当する巻上方向のトルクである逆転防止トルクを電動機に発生させるための第1補償トルク値を算出する。第2補償トルク値算出部22は、巻上操作が入力された場合、荷重計14で検出された荷重値FLに基づいて、荷重値FLに相当する巻上方向のトルクである荷重支持トルクを電動機8に発生させるための第2補償トルク値を算出する。指令値算出部23は、回転速度ωと目標速度ωrefとの偏差を零にするための第1指令値を算出し、第1指令値に第1及び第2補償トルク値を加算し、第2指令値を算出する。【選択図】図2
