PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in an installation space and promote early warming-up of an engine.SOLUTION: A heat pipe 13 is rotatably supported by a metallic upstream side gas tank 12a of an intercooler 12, and a lower end 38 of the heat pipe 13 comes into surface contact with a side surface 28 of the upstream side gas tank 12a. The heat pipe 13 can be tilted between an operating position in which an upper end 39 comes into surface contact with a heat transfer plate 40 of a downstream side tank 11c of a radiator 11 and a non-operating position in which the upper end 39 is separated from the heat transfer plate 40. The heat pipe 13 is energized by a coil spring 47 so as to move to the operating position when a temperature of cooling water in the downstream side tank 11c is lower than a pin movement temperature, and is pressed by a pressing device 14 so as to move to the non-operating position when the temperature of the cooling water in the downstream side tank 11c is higher than the pin movement temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
