PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and simplify assembly process in a pillar device having an impact absorption structure.SOLUTION: A B pillar 1 includes: a pillar panel 2; a pillar trim 3; and a seat belt adjuster mechanism 4. The adjuster mechanism 4 has: a slide rail 5; an adjuster body 6 which has a belt guide 61 and slides on the rail 5; a locking pin 7 which is provided at the body 6 and locks the body 6 to the rail 5 at a selected position; an adjuster cover 8 which is supported at the back side of a trim 3 so as to move vertically, is connected with the body 6, has a lead-out port 82 facing an opening 31 of the trim 3, and guides a belt B hanging on the guide 61 to a vehicle cabin from the lead-out port 82; and an adjuster knob 9 which is supported by the cover 8 so as to move vertically, has an operation part 91a facing the vehicle cabin from an operation port 81 of the cover 8, and releases locking of the locking pin 7 by operating the operation part 91a. An impact absorption structure 95 including a rib protruding from a rear surface of the knob 9 to the panel 2 side is integrated with the knob 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】 衝撃吸収構造を有するピラー装置において、部品点数を少なくして組立工程を簡略化させる。【解決手段】Bピラー1は、ピラーパネル2と、ピラートリム3と、シートベルトアジャスタ機構4とを備える。アジャスタ機構4は、スライドレール5と、ベルトガイド61を有してレール5上をスライドするアジャスタ本体6と、本体6に設けられ、本体6を選択位置でレール5にロックする係止ピン7と、トリム3の裏側に上下移動可能に支持され、且つ本体6に連結され、トリム3の開口31に臨む導出口82を有し、そこから、ガイド61に掛かるベルトBを車室へと導くアジャスタカバー8と、カバー8に上下移動可能に支持され、且つカバー8の操作口81から車室に臨む操作部91aを有し、その操作で係止ピン7のロックを解除するアジャスタノブ9と、を有する。ノブ9の裏面からパネル2側に突出するリブを含む衝撃吸収構造95が、ノブ9と一体をなしている。【選択図】 図3
