PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a motor controller which enables the reduction in size and cost in the case of driving and controlling a motor having two-system windings by a two-system driving control system; an electric power steering device equipped with the motor controller; and a vehicle.SOLUTION: A motor controller comprises: an MCU 100; a two-system inverter 121; a reverse-connection protection FET 160 with a parasitic diode 161 built therein; two-system gate-driving parts 130, 140 including gate drive circuits 131, 141 operable to output a drive signal for driving the two-system inverter 121 and a gate drive voltage for driving the reverse-connection protection FET 160, and step-up power supplies 132, 142 operable to supply voltages to the gate drive circuits 131, 141; and two diodes D1, D2 connected between the gate of the reverse-connection protection FET 160, and the gate drive circuits 131, 141 with a logical sum. The reverse-connection protection FET 160 is turned ON/OFF by a logical sum of the gate drive voltage based on a reverse-connection protection FET-driving command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】2系統巻線を有するモータを2系統の駆動制御系で駆動制御する場合に、小型化とコスト低減が可能なモータ制御装置及びそれを搭載した電動パワーステアリング装置並びに車両を提供する。【解決手段】MCU100と、2系統のインバータ121と、寄生ダイオード161を内蔵している1個の逆接保護FET160と、2系統のインバータ121を駆動する駆動信号及び逆接保護FET160を駆動するためのゲート駆動電圧をそれぞれ出力するゲート駆動回路131,141と、ゲート駆動回路131,141に電圧を供給する昇圧電源132,142とで構成されている2系統のゲート駆動部130,140と、逆接保護FET160のゲートとゲート駆動回路131,141との間に論理和で接続された2個のダイオードD1,D2とを具備し、逆接保護FET160は、逆接保護FET駆動指令に基づいてゲート駆動電圧の論理和によりON/OFFされる。【選択図】図7
