PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set movement timing of a mobile object automatically in consideration of changes in environment surrounding the mobile object and a moving route.SOLUTION: An operation management apparatus sets movement timings of a plurality of unmanned aircrafts which sequentially advance and return from a starting base to a mission position, and includes a control unit. The control unit provisionally sets a return start time of the unmanned aircraft on the basis of an entry start time, a duty accomplish-able time and a return required time initial value of the unmanned aircraft, predicts an ambient environment of the same at the return start time, retrieves a return route to the departure/arrival base from the mission position of the unmanned aircraft at the return start time while considering the predicted ambient environment, calculates the amount of energy required for the return, and repeats the prediction of the ambient environment and the calculation of the energy amount while advancing the return start time by a predetermined time until the calculated energy amount becomes equal to or less than a predetermined allowable value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】移動体の外囲環境や移動経路の変化を考慮しつつ、当該移動体の移動タイミングを自動的に設定する。【解決手段】運行管理装置は、発進基地から任務位置に順次進出及び帰投する複数の無人機の移動タイミングを設定するものであり、制御部を備える。制御部は、無人機の進出開始時刻、任務遂行可能時間及び帰投所要時間初期値に基づいて、当該無人機の帰投開始時刻を仮設定し、帰投開始時刻における無人機の外囲環境を予測し、予測された外囲環境を加味しつつ、無人機が帰投開始時刻に任務位置を発って発着基地に帰り着くまでの帰投経路を探索し、当該帰投に要するエネルギー量を算出し、算出されたエネルギー量が所定の許容値以下となるまで、帰投開始時刻を所定時間だけ早めながら、外囲環境の予測とエネルギー量の算出とを繰り返す。【選択図】図4
