PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller in which revolving-power of motor electric angle estimated from an induction voltage is improved, and to provide an electric power steering device and a vehicle.SOLUTION: A motor controller includes a current detector and a voltage detector for detecting the currents and voltages of a multi-phase coil in a polyphase electric motor, an induction voltage calculation unit for calculating the inter-phase induced voltage of the polyphase electric motor based on these currents and voltages, a virtual inter-phase induced voltage calculation unit for calculating the virtual inter-phase induced voltage having a phase or a frequency different from that of the inter-phase induced voltage based on the inter-phase induced voltage, a changeover timing detector for detecting a timing when a set of the magnitude relation and the sign relation of each of the inter-phase induced voltage and virtual inter-phase induced voltage or the virtual inter-phase induced voltage is changed over to other set of the magnitude relation and the sign relation, and a motor electric angle estimation unit for estimating the motor electric angle of the polyphase electric motor based on the detection results from the changeover timing detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
