PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by a plurality of moving blades.SOLUTION: A moving blade noise reduction device for reducing noise from a flight body having a plurality of moving blades, includes a plurality of loudspeakers, one or more evaluation microphones, a moving blade rotation angle frequency estimation part, and an active noise reduction processing part. The plurality of loudspeakers is arranged in a coaxial circumferential shape with every moving blade. The one or more evaluation microphones acquire noise emitted from the plurality of moving blades and a control sound emitted from the plurality of loudspeakers. The moving blade rotation angle frequency estimation part estimates respective angular frequencies of the plurality of moving blades. The active noise reduction processing part generates a plurality of control signals so as to reduce sound pressure in the evaluation microphone, and inputs the control signals to a corresponding loudspeaker by delaying the plurality of control signals by a corresponding time delay with every loudspeaker of depending on an arrangement angle, an angular frequency and the loudspeaker number from the circle center between the loudspeakers arranged in the coaxial circumferential shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数の動翼による騒音を低減する。【解決手段】複数の動翼を有している飛行体からの騒音を低減するものであって、複数のスピーカーと、1つ以上の評価マイクと、動翼回転角周波数推定部と、能動消音処理部と、を含む。複数のスピーカーは、動翼ごとに同軸円周状に配置されている。1つ以上の評価マイクは、複数の動翼から発せられる騒音と、複数のスピーカーから発せられる制御音とを取得する。動翼回転角周波数推定部は、複数の動翼のそれぞれの角周波数を推定する。能動消音処理部は、評価マイクでの音圧を下げるように複数の制御信号を生成し、同軸円周状に配置されているスピーカー間の円中心からの配置角、角周波数、及びスピーカー数に依存したスピーカーごとに対応した時間遅れにより、複数の制御信号を遅らせて対応するスピーカーに制御信号を入力する。【選択図】図1
