PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although a radiator fan shroud is arranged, hot air from inside an engine room is re-circulated to the radiator through a gap between the radiator and a condenser, so that cooling efficiency is deteriorated.SOLUTION: A radiator fan shroud structure comprises: two heat exchangers including a radiator and a condenser arranged overlapped in a vehicle body front and rear direction; a radiator fan placed behind the two heat exchangers and provided with a radiator fan shroud; and seal members extending forward on at least side faces of the heat exchanger in front of the other among the two heat exchangers. In the radiator fan shroud structure, a forward end of the radiator fan shroud covers at least a gap between the two heat exchangers, and includes an aperture of the radiator fan shroud outside the seal members when viewed from the front.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
