PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that can be downsized and reduce cost.SOLUTION: A motor control device comprises: an MCU 100 which controls a motor 120 including two-system motor winding; two systems of inverters 121A and 121B consisting of FET bridges; one reverse connection protection FET 160 which is connected between the two systems of inverters and a supply power source and incorporates a parasitic diode 161; and two systems of gate driving parts 130 each consisting of a gate drive circuit which inputs a duty command value from the MCU and outputs a driving signal, and a step-up power source which supplies a step-up voltage to the gate drive circuit; and an FET driving part which is connected between a gate of the reverse connection protection FET and the step-up voltage via two diodes and inputs a reverse connection protection FET driving command. The two diodes are connected by OR, and the reverse connection protection FET is turned ON/turned OFF by ORing the reverse connection protection FET driving command and a gate driving voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15

    【課題】小型化とコスト低減が可能なモータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】2系統モータ巻線を有するモータ120を制御するMCU100と、FETブリッジで成る2系統のインバータ121A、Bと、2系統のインバータと供給電源との間に接続され、寄生ダイオード161を内蔵している1個の逆接保護FET160と、MCUからのデューティ指令値を入力し、駆動信号をそれぞれ出力するゲート駆動回路と、ゲート駆動回路に昇圧電圧を供給する昇圧電源とで構成されている2系統のゲート駆動部130と、逆接保護FETのゲートと昇圧電圧との間に2個のダイオードを介して接続され、逆接保護FET駆動指令を入力するFET駆動部とを具備し、2個のダイオードは論理和で接続され、逆接保護FETは、逆接保護FET駆動指令及びゲート駆動電圧の論理和によりON/OFFされる。【選択図】図15
