PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle having an automatic travel function which adequately performs traveling after stopping without performing complicated control when the vehicle is stopped by an actuation of an automatic brake.SOLUTION: A timer is actuated by a timer function 13 when an automatic brake function 12 is actuated. A threshold of a count value of the timer function 13 is changed by raising/lowering in response to an external environment by determining a state of an external environment (e.g. presence/absence of congestion) such as a circumferential road state. Tracking is performed after staying at the spot without immediately performing a bypass action or a bypass action is immediately performed by an action performance function in response to the external environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】自動ブレーキが作動して自車両が停車した際に、複雑な制御を実施することなく、停車後の走行を的確に実施する。【解決手段】自動ブレーキ機能12が作動した時にタイマー機能13によりタイマーを作動させ、周囲の道路状況等の外部環境(例えば、渋滞の有無)の状況を判断して外部環境に応じてタイマー機能13のカウント値のしきい値を高くしたり低くしたりして変更し、外部環境に応じて、行動実施機能により、直ぐには迂回行動を実施せずに、そのまま留まった後に追従したり、直ぐに迂回行動を実施したりする。【選択図】図3
