PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device and a method for a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A vibration control device of a hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: an engine position detection part for detecting a position of an engine; an air amount detection part for detecting an air amount of air flowing into an engine; an accelerator pedal position detection part for detecting a position value of the accelerator pedal; a vehicle speed detection part for detecting speed of a hybrid vehicle; and a controller which is operated by a program which is set to control actuation of a motor on the basis of a position of the engine, the air amount, the position value of the accelerator pedal, and the speed of the hybrid vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
