PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type vibration isolation device and an active type vibration isolation method capable of highly accurately estimating a temperature of an actuator.SOLUTION: A computer 206 of an active type vibration isolation device 200 calculates an operation command value C of an actuator 210 from rotation information of a driving source 12, and corrects the operation command value C according to an internal temperature Tacm of the actuator 210. The computer 206 applies a driving voltage Vd to the actuator 210 using a voltage duty ratio DUT based on the corrected operation command value C. The computer 206 estimates an internal temperature Tacm based on an average duty ratio DUTave as average of the voltage duty ratio DUT of a predetermined section Ztar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
