PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination improvement system for system and method of plan operation type framework for an operation determination system of an autonomous driving vehicle (ADV).SOLUTION: Operation determination is divided into at least seven types: conservative determination, radical determination, conservative parameters, radical parameters, early stage determination, later stage determination and non-determination problems. By an output of an ADV determination plan module, ADV operation determination problems are recognized, classified and diagnosed. Improvement of local operation determination is fixed and executed within a short time in the ADV. For long-term solution means, operation determination problems can be uploaded in an analysis server as necessary. The operation determination problems from a large amount of ADVs can be integrated for analysis to improve all ADV determination systems of ADVs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
