PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire ground state measuring device capable of preventing damage to the measurement sheet for measuring a tire ground state even at the time of high load.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a tire ground state measuring device for measuring a tire ground state. This device includes: a measurement sheet 1 which is arranged opposite to a tire T and measures a ground state of the tire T; a tire drive device 2 which presses the tire T to the measurement sheet 1 and rotates the tire T; a protective sheet 3 arranged between the measurement sheet 1 and the tire T; and a protective sheet movement device 4 for performing relative movement of the protective sheet 3 to the measurement sheet 1 so as to follow the rotation of the tire T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
