PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of sufficiently securing precision of a female screw hole of a rotation-side flange.SOLUTION: A rotation-side flange 22 provided with a plurality of thin parts 38 and a plurality of thick parts 40, larger in axial thickness than the thin parts 38 and projecting axially inward, alternately in a circumferential direction such that thin parts 38 adjoining each other in the circumferential direction succeed to each other radially outside the thick parts 40 has a fitting hole 42, consisting of an axially outside large-diameter hole 43 and an axially inside female screw hole 44, formed in a part matching the thick parts 38 in the circumferential direction in an axial penetration state.
