PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation hook remarkably improved in insulation performance.SOLUTION: An insulation hook 10 has: a hook 11 that locks a master link connected to a clamp via a sling material; and a suspension ring 12 locked by a crane hook. A shaft part 111 extending from the upper end of the hook is inserted in an insertion hole of a rotor 121 provided at the lower end of the suspension ring and, above the insertion hole, a nut 13 is screwed onto an external thread part of the leading end of a hook shaft part, thereby connecting the hook and the suspension ring such that they freely rotate relative to each other. An insulation sleeve 14 is fitted in the insertion hole. A first insulation washer 15 is provided on an upper-end step part formed by partially notching an external surface side of the upper end. A second washer 16 is provided on a lower-end step part formed by partially notching an external surface side of the lower end of the insulation sleeve. An electric conduction route in insulation breakdown is lengthened, thereby improving insulation performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】絶縁性能を格段に向上させた絶縁フックを提供する。【解決手段】クランプにスリング材を介して連結されるマスターリンクを係止するフック11と、クレーンフックに係止される吊環12とを有する絶縁フック10である。フックの上端に延長する軸部111は、吊環の下端に設けられる回転体121の挿通穴を挿通し、その上方で、フック軸部先端の雄ネジ部にナット13が螺着されることにより、フックと吊環とが相対回転自在に連結される。挿通穴には絶縁スリーブ14が嵌着され、その上端の外面側を部分的に切り欠いて形成した上端段部に第一絶縁ワッシャー15が設けられ、絶縁スリーブ下端の外面側を部分的に切り欠いて形成した下端段部に第二絶縁ワッシャー16が設けられ、絶縁破壊時の通電ルートが長くなることにより、絶縁性能が向上する。【選択図】図1
