PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud pin excellent in an anti-falling property from a pin hole and capable of achieving a satisfactory edge effect on a road surface by a body.SOLUTION: A stud pin is mounted in a pin hole 26 of a pneumatic tire, and includes: a body 2 constituted by an edge part 8a which is columnar, and at least one end portion in a shaft center direction of which extends parallel to a straight line orthogonal to a shaft center, and an arc-shaped part 8b centering the shaft center; and a pedestal part 4 provided in the other end portion of the body 2 in the shaft center direction, including a straight line part 9 extending parallel to the edge part 8a, and formed asymmetrically about a transverse direction orthogonal to the shaft center. The edge part 8a and the straight line part 9 are arranged orthogonal to each other in a circumferential direction of a pneumatic tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
