PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component module capable of improving easiness of an assembling operation.SOLUTION: The module comprises: a first substrate 2; a first connector 3 and a second connector 4 fixed to the first substrate 2 and electrically connected to the first substrate 2; a second substrate 5 provided to face the first substrate 2; and a first pin header 6 and a second pin header 7 arranged between the first substrate 2 and the second substrate 5 and fixed to the second substrate 5. The first connector 3 and the second connector 4 have plural second substrate side electronic component terminals 33, 43 electrically connected to the second substrate 5 under an insertion state that tip ends 33a, 43a penetrate through header side terminal holes 63, 73 bent toward the second substrate 5 and formed on the pin headers 6, 7, and are inserted in the second substrate side terminal 52 formed on the second substrate 5. In the header side terminal holes 63, 73, an opening area on the first substrate 2 side in an opposing direction is formed larger than that on the second substrate 5 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】組立作業容易性を向上することができる電子部品モジュールを提供すること。【解決手段】第一基板2と、第一基板2に固定され、かつ第一基板2と電気的に接続されている第一コネクタ3および第二コネクタ4と、第一基板2と対向して配置される第二基板5と、第一基板2と第二基板5との間に配置され、第二基板5に固定される第一ピンヘッダ6および第二ピンヘッダ7と、を備える。第一コネクタ3および第二コネクタ4は、先端部33a、43aが第二基板5側に屈曲して形成され、かつ、ピンヘッダ6,7に形成されるヘッダ側端子穴63,73を貫通するとともに、第二基板5に形成される第二基板側端子穴52に挿入された挿入状態において第二基板5と電気的に接続される複数の第二基板側電子部品端子33,43を有する。ヘッダ側端子穴63,73は、対向方向のうち、第一基板2側の開口面積が第二基板5側の開口面積より広く形成されている。【選択図】図5
