PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure for a vehicle which improves a joining strength between a resin molded part and a metal plate.SOLUTION: A junction structure 10 for a vehicle includes a resin molded part 12, a metal plate 14, and a caulked part 20. The metal plate 14 is disposed so that a second bonding surface 14A overlaps with a first bonding surface 12A of the resin molded part 12. The metal plate 14 has a through hole 16 penetrating from the second bonding surface 14A to opposite a non-bonding surface 14B. At an edge of the through hole 16, a folded portion 18 integrally formed is provided. The folded portion 18 extends from an edge portion of the through hole 16 to the inside of the resin molded part 12 to be larger than an opening diameter L1 of the through hole 16, and an extended end 18C is located outside the opening diameter L1. The caulked portion 20 is formed by covering the through hole 16 and projecting outwardly of the through hole 16 along the non-bonding surface 14B and integrally formed with the resin molded part 12 via the through hole 16 and the folded portion 18. 【課題】樹脂成形部と金属板との接合強度を向上させる車両用接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両用接合構造10は、樹脂成形部12と、金属板14と、かしめ部20とを備えている。金属板14は、樹脂成形部12の第1接合面12Aに第2接合面14Aを重合わせて配置される。金属板14は、第2接合面14Aから反対側の非接合面14Bへ貫通する貫通孔16を有する。貫通孔16の縁部には一体に形成された折返し部18が設けられている。折返し部18は、貫通孔16の縁部から樹脂成形部12の内部へ貫通孔16の開口径L1以上に拡がって延出され、この延出端18Cは開口径L1よりも外側に位置する。かしめ部20は、貫通孔16を塞ぎ、非接合面14Bに沿って貫通孔16の外側に張出して形成され、かつ、貫通孔16及び折返し部18を介して樹脂成形部12に一体に形成されている。かしめ部20は第1接合面12Aと第2接合面14Aとを接合する。【選択図】図1
