PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing noise and side wind, since conventionally, although a sound proof wall is installed along the railway line as strong noise and side wind pressure occur when a high speed railway vehicle is travelling, the sound proof wall deteriorates and is damaged due to repeated load of the side wind pressure, and for the above reason, although the high speed railway vehicle is convenient, it requires a large amount of cost for inspection and repair costs of the sound proof wall and research and development of a head car that reduces the noise and side wind pressure.SOLUTION: A device for preventing noise and side wind is formed into the same width as that of a passenger car to a lower part of an automatic coupler cover of a head car, a gently inclined ascending slope is formed from the front end toward backward, and a head wind backward sending body or backward sending wall is vertically arranged on both sides of the ascending slope, the head wind backward sending body being configured to run above a roof on an operator cab or vertically arrange a rectifier on the roof above the operator cab at the rear part of the backward sending wall. By the above, the head car is against head wind, but it flows all of the head wind backward, and the noise and side wind pressure can be prevented. Therefore, since people living near the railway line will not be bothered, the sound proof wall will not deteriorate or will not be damaged, and the costs for research and development of the noise and side wind pressure of the head car which has been necessary so far will be unnecessary, these costs can be spent for research of other fields.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 従来、高速鉄道車両が走行すると強大な騒音と横風圧が発生するため、沿線に防音壁を設置しているが、横風圧の繰り返し荷重を受けて劣化、損傷する。このため、高速鉄道車両は利便性の反面、防音壁の点検、補修費や騒音と横風圧を減ずる先頭車両の研究、開発に多額の費用を要している。【解決手段】 先頭車の自動連結器カバーの下部まで、客車と同じ巾に形成し、該先端から後方に向け緩傾斜の昇り坂を形成し、該昇り坂の両側に向い風後送体か後送壁を立設し、向い風後送体は運転室上の屋根上まで延設するか後送壁後部の運転室上の屋根に整流器を立設して構成した。これにより、先頭車が受けるすべての向い風を、後方に流すので、騒音と横風圧を防止することができる。したがって、沿線住民に迷惑をかけないと共に防音壁は劣化、損傷せず、今まで必要とした、先頭車の騒音と横風圧の研究、開発費は不要となるので、該分を他の分野の研究に回すことができる。【選択図】図1
