PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complement a low resolution and a small amount of information with regard to the direction of a target in target discrimination by a radar and thereby discriminate what kind of target a radar reflection signal derives from more reliably than conventionally possible.SOLUTION: The present disclosure is a target discrimination device R comprising: a primary feature value extraction unit 5 for extracting, for each cluster at each time of day constituted by a clustering unit 3, a primary feature value that is the feature value of a target at each time of day; a secondary feature value extraction unit 6 for extracting, for a cluster in a prescribed period whose track is extracted by a track extraction unit 4, a secondary feature value that is a statistical quantity and/or a change amount of the primary feature value; and a target discrimination unit 7 for discriminating what kind of target a reflection signal from a target derives from on the basis of the second feature value being the time statistical quantity and/or the time change amount of the primary feature value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本開示は、レーダによる物標識別において、物標の方向についての低い分解能及び少ない情報量を補完することにより、レーダ反射信号がどのような物標に由来するかを従来と比べて確実に識別することを目的とする。【解決手段】本開示は、クラスタリング部3が構成した各時刻毎でのクラスタについて、各時刻毎での物標の特徴量である一次特徴量を抽出する一次特徴量抽出部5と、軌跡抽出部4が軌跡抽出した所定期間でのクラスタについて、一次特徴量の統計量及び/又は変化量である二次特徴量を抽出する二次特徴量抽出部6と、一次特徴量の時間統計量及び/又は時間変化量である二次特徴量に基づいて、物標からの反射信号がいずれの種別の物標に由来するかを識別する物標識別部7と、を備える物標識別装置Rである。【選択図】図1
