PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly useful vehicular brake system.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicular brake system is configured so as to determine that a brake operation member 10 is in any of an operation state and a non-operation state and to control brake force to be generated by a brake device 18 on the basis of the determination. Further, an operation/non-operation determination part of the control device is configured so as to determine that the brake operation member is in the operation state, when an operation amount St exceeds an operation state determination threshold St1 (i), and to determine that the brake operation member is in the non-operation state, at the lapse of first set time T1or longer in a state where the operation amount St is less than a non-operation state determination threshold St1 (ii). With these configurations, hunting can be satisfactorily suppressed, and the operation state determination threshold is relatively made small to shorten an idling stroke, and thus a good operation feeling can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】実用性の高い車両用ブレーキシステムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ブレーキ操作部材10が操作状態と非操作状態とのいずれの状態にあるかを認定し、その認定に基づいてブレーキ装置18が発生させる制動力の制御を行うように構成されており、(i)操作量Stが操作状態認定閾値St1を超えた時に、操作状態と認定し、(ii)操作量Stが非操作状態認定閾値St1未満の状態で第1設定時間T1L以上経過した時に、非操作状態と認定するように構成する。そのような構成により、ハンチングを良好に抑えるとともに、操作状態認定閾値が比較的小さくされてアイドルストロークを短くなり、良好な操作フィーリングを得ることができる。【選択図】図2
