PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional knitting suitable for use as backing of an instrument panel, allowing a skin material to be cleaved along a cleavage groove of a base material by the expansion pressure of an air bag without formation of a cleavage groove on the skin material in a separate step, so that the air bag can be expanded.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional knitting fabric includes front and back fabrics that are connected with a binding yarn. The back fabric includes weave parts having a different tear strength that are alternately arranged in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: None
