PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a battery pack capable of ensuring both workability and safety of maintenance sufficiently.SOLUTION: An arrangement structure 1 of a battery pack includes: a frame 2 defining a housing space S and having an opening 3 becoming an insertion/extraction port of a battery pack 11; and a vehicle side harness 4 hanging from above the battery pack 11 in the housing space S. The battery pack 11 includes: an enclosure 12 housing a battery module 13; a relay 32 placed on a circuit connecting the battery module 13 and a first output terminal 23; a battery side harness 22 extending outward from the enclosure 12; connectors 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B placed at positions seen from the opening 3, and connecting the vehicle side harness 4 and the battery side harness 22; and a control ECU33 for turning the relay 32 OFF when the connectors 8A, 8B are not connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
