PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress torque shock from occurring in a vehicle when transferring a mode from an EV mode to an HV mode.SOLUTION: A driving control device (70), which controls driving of a hybrid vehicle (10) which executes an EV mode and an HV mode, comprises: an oil pressure gradually increasing portion that gradually increases pressure of operation oil so as to gradually increase transmission torque of a clutch 34 when transferring a mode from the EV mode to the HV mode; a torque gradually decreasing portion that gradually decreases driving torque of a motor 40 when transferring the mode from the EV mode to the HV mode; a transmission estimating portion that estimates transmission starting timing at which the transmission torque is generated when engaging the clutch; and a timing control portion that controls at least either one of timing for starting to gradually increase oil pressure and timing for starting to gradually decrease the driving torque, on the basis of the estimated transmission starting timing, when transferring the mode from the EV mode to the HV mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
